WWho needs diamonds? We would much rather have a full pantry than a full jewelery box! Our groceries are specialty items that you actually want to eat. We pride ourselves on finding unique items from all over the world that have few or no preservatives, trans fats or other junk that shouldn’t be in your food. We enjoy working with companies that know where their food comes from — for example, working with purveyors who visit the groves where the olives are grown and made into beautiful organic olive oil. Keeping close ties with the food grower is the best way to know what you are eating is of the best quality. You will find specialties from Italy, France, Britain, and Japan, as well as local delicacies. These items make great gifts too! 
Looking for that weird ingredient you never heard of in your latest recipe? Special orders on all items are available, even those we do not normally carry. We have an excellent spice source and are able to get fresh spices in one-ounce minimums. DELI ITEMSSelections of cured meats are always on hand: salamis, prosciutto, pancetta, true Spanish chorizo (no preservatives, cured), and patés. We also carry a rotating selection of bulk olives: kalamatas, Greek oil cured, fresh French mix, Cerignola, Arbequina, and Empeltre. We welcome special requests. Great noshes for antipasto are also available: roasted tomatoes red & yellow, Italian artichokes, balsamic Cipollene onions, a variety of peppers and more all in bulk. |
