June 26 – Wines of Rioja Opici Imports

Rioja is one of Spain’s great wine regions—and for good reason.
We’ll be pouring a lineup from El Coto, known for expressive reds that are both classic and approachable.
Tempranillo in all its glory, with complimentary bites to match.
A no-pressure, all-pleasure evening of Rioja in Coupeville. Expect complimentary bites (from our gracious hosts), rich conversation, and maybe a new favorite bottle.

July 3 – The Rhône

From peppery Syrahs of the north to the lush Grenache blends of the south, the Rhône Valley offers some of the most soulful wines in the world.  This tasting captures its range—earthy, floral, spicy, fresh. Red, white, and possibly rosé.
Come for the layers, stay for the warmth.

July 10 – Natural State

Natural wine doesn’t mean murky and weird—it means made with intention. We’ll pour a selection of low-intervention wines that are clean, vibrant, and full of energy.  Some will be wild. Some will be beautifully restrained.  All are alive in the glass—and worth exploring.

July 17 – Piedmont

Hosted by Sam from Vehrs
Nebbiolo. Barbera. Dolcetto. Arneis.
This corner of Italy delivers wines with structure, soul, and story.
Sam from Vehrs will walk us through a lineup that celebrates both the powerhouses (Barolo) and the everyday table wines that locals love.
An evening for Italophiles, adventurers, and curious palates alike.

July 24 – Boxes & Bags

Hosted by Jesse of PSI
This one’s for the skeptics and the curious: yes, great wine comes in boxes and pouches.
Jesse will guide us through a flight of well-made, sustainable, no-glass-needed options.
Great for parties, picnics, and midweek pours that don’t compromise quality.
You just might leave a convert.

July 31 – Pinot Gris & Noir

From crisp and mineral to plush and brooding—Pinot grapes wear many faces.
We’re pouring both Gris and Noir in a tasting that spans the globe.
Some are serious and age-worthy, others playful and picnic-ready.
This is a study in contrast—and a celebration of one of wine’s most versatile families.

August 7 – House Faves

These are the wines we reach for again and again—the staff crushes, customer favorites, and low-key stunners.
Expect variety, value, and a little bit of surprise.
If you trust our taste (and we think you should), this is the week to show up.

August 14 – Obscure Around the World

Inspired by Forgotten Grapes, this tasting is all about the underdogs.
We’re talking grapes like Furmint, Mencía, Bobal, Godello, Cinsault, and País—often overlooked, but full of character.
If you’ve never heard of it, we probably poured it.
A night for the curious and open-minded.

August 21 – Spain & Portugal

Hosted by Eric from Vinea Imports
From bright, coastal Albariño to bold reds from Ribera del Duero and the Dão—Eric will guide us through the Iberian Peninsula’s rich and diverse wine culture.
Expect balance, energy, and value in every glass.
And yes, maybe a little sherry or port to finish.

August 28 – Endless Summer

We’re closing the season with wines we don’t want to stop drinking: fresh whites, chillable reds, rosés that still hit.
Think sunset sippers, patio heroes, and porch-friendly pours.
No rules. Just easy summer drinking—until next year!

Fall Wine Extravaganza Join us for an afternoon of delicious wines! Unlike our tastings of the past, this will be more like what we call a "trade" tasting. Each rep will be stationed at a table with 4 of their wines - a mix of chilled whites/roses and reds. You are welcome to mingle, pose questions to the reps, bounce back and forth and taste at your own pace. We'll provide solo cups to encourage you to pace yourself and spit. We'll have staff passing bites of food to pair. We'll be joined by Eric, Jesse and Ken in the Coupeville Rec Hall. This will give us all plenty of room to spread out. There will be discounts offered, lots of conversations had and as much education as you would like. This is a standing, social tasting. Wine club members enjoy discounted ticket pricing as well as deeper discounts on orders at the event. Join one of our wine clubs before the event to take advantage of these extra discounts. You don't want to miss this one! A great opportunity to taste before you buy, restock your wine rack and choose a few special bottles for the upcoming holiday season. Grande Fior di Latte Pasteurized Cow's milk fresh Mozzarella - Wisconsin - USA It's summer and we want to encourage you to eat your weight in fresh mozzarella. Fresh, whole milk, well made mozzarella that is light and delicate. The touch of tang from cheese cultures, the stretch and melt point perfection are why we love this mozzarella over all others. It truly is the flower of the milk! Stop in the shop and mention this post, we'll give you a sweet discount... From the dairy, Our milk is collected daily from cows at dedicated Grande producer dairy farms that have committed to our Producers Assuring Consumers of Excellence (PACE) program to ensure quality, animal well-being and environmental best practices are in place as well as proper employee management and labor practices. After milking, it is quick cooled and taken directly to our nearby state-of-the-art facilities, where our cheese artisans craft it to bring out that great Grande taste. The story, Grande’s story began in 1891, in the small Sicilian village of Montelepre, Italy, where founder Filippo Candela was then born. It was in this warm, agriculturally rich region where he learned the art of making fine Italian cheese. In 1925, shortly after marrying his wife Provvidenza, Filippo moved from the economic instability of post-war Italy to America in search of better opportunities. Initially purchasing a small dairy farm and orchard, he moved to Wisconsin to pursue his passion for cheese making. Speaking only a few words of English, he met an Italian cheese buyer from the Old World. This meeting sowed the seeds of a new cheese company formed by Filippo and a handful of family and friends. They named it Grande – a fitting name as the Italian word for ‘greatness’ – and its authentic cheeses soon became favorites with Italian immigrant families across the United States. A few ways to enjoy your mozz, Caprese Salad PIZZA! Top grilled vegetables A simple appetizer of Mozz with fresh pesto, your favorite vinegar, your favorite EVOO, the list goes on!
