Glou Glou (pronounced glu-glu{as in gulping read more here} ) is a term that is becoming evermore popular in Europe to describe unpretentious delightfully honest natural wines meant to be enjoyed and not judged. Organic & Biodynamic farming, non-interventionist winemaking, no new oak barrels, whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration and little-to-no-sulfite additions. These wines are fresh, clean and absolutely delicious. There will be bubbles, whites & reds. Given the nature of single-vineyard natural wines, the final lineup will be determined closer to the time of the event. Local produce is only available seasonally, so why should fermented grape juice be any different?

Join us for a special seated tasting on Thursday, May 15 from 5–7 PM with Clarke Boehling of Rosenthal Wine Merchant While visiting trade accounts in the area, Clarke has carved out time to lead this intimate tasting—and we’re thrilled to host him. This is a rare chance to explore the Rosenthal portfolio through the eyes (and palate) of someone who knows it inside and out. Tickets here .
