Jasper Hill Farm – A Taste of Place , virtual tasting

Piece size is between 2-3 oz per cheese, with the exception to the whole Harbison Mini.
We have been busy putting together this special tasting opportunity just for you! Jasper Hill Farms is a unique facility that encompasses a dairy, 2 creameries, and a complex affinage (cheese aging) system. The Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm hosts a 22,000 square foot undergrown aging facility in Greensboro Vermont. The Cellars holds cheeses produced at the two Jasper Hill Creameries as well as several other notable artisan cheese makers in Vermont. We will be tasting five cheeses from this world class program, including three NEWLY released cheeses. A guided tasting will be shared via emailed video link. Your tasting guide, Kim Iannotti, is an expert in cheese! Kim has been in specialty cheese industry for over 15 years. Initially starting behind a cut-to-order cheese counter in Chicago, moving on to distribution and importing in Seattle finally landing at Jasper Hill Farms a year ago. We’ll hope you join us!
