Elevation Salami

Susan Wenzel • December 5, 2018
three rolls of breakfast salami are sitting on a wooden table .

The charcuterie artisans who make Elevation Salami have only been on the salami scene for a few short years but there is nothing novice about these Denver based small batch meat makers. They accent the pure pork from humanely raised, family farm heritage hogs with organic spices and local beer, wine, and spirits. “Breakfast” has hints of sage and smoked maple bourbon, “Black Truffle and Sea Salt” is rich with Italian black truffles, and “Mole” is made with a Mexican chocolate stout. Elevation Salamis are shelf stable and can be mailed with ease to all of your favorite carnivores.

Pair one or all three with a fine bottle of Willamette Pinot Noir to give a present even the Grinch would appreciate.
